Works, images, videos, names and trademarks of third parties belong to their owners. They are not copied by Folynx: they are displayed by link or through official players.

The site is governed by the law of the State of Wyoming (United States), without prejudice to the mandatory protection rules applicable in the user's country of residence. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the courts of the State of Wyoming and the federal courts sitting in Cheyenne (Laramie County) have jurisdiction.
